Connection Call
I love talking about reiki, coaching and healing! And... it's so important for you to get to know your coach (me 😊) and how I practice. Get to know me, ask questions and learn more about what I do. Schedule a free 30-minute connection call (phone or Zoom) so we can connect.
Reiki Infused Reading
During this 90 minute transformative session I will blend my gifts as a Reiki healer and intuitive reader to deliver messages for your higher good from your highest self.
We will connect for 10 minutes on Zoom at the start of the session. Following the connection call, the healing and reading will last 50 minutes. We will then meet on Zoom for approximately 30-minutes to discuss the healing and reading.
The Empowered Life- Life Coaching
The Empowered Life Program is a A 12-week space where you embody your Future Self, release what’s draining you, and step into the life you sense is already yours.

I help soul-led women who feel stuck or off course realign with their truth, reconnect to their values, and embody their Future Self—through values-based coaching, nervous system-safe practices, and sacred, soul-centered support.
