What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique used to reduce stress, heal emotional and physical traumas, and balance your mind, body, and spirit. When in person, the Reiki practitioner lays hands on certain areas of your body (Chakras) for a specific amount of time.
Do you offer in-person Reiki?
In-person Reiki sessions will be considered and selected based on a variety of factors (my schedule, where you live, etc.). To request an in-person session, please complete this questionnaire.
How many Reiki sessions should I have?
It depends. You cannot have too many or too few sessions, however, your healing will progress quicker with more sessions. One session every 4-6 weeks, starting out is ideal. However, if you can only afford one session a year…do it!

What is your coaching style?
My coaching style is holistic, balancing creativity and inspiration with strategic action. We won’t just talk about where you’ve been and where you are, we will create actionable steps to get you where you want to go.
How do you work with clients to set goals?
I have a four-step process for achieving goals. We will reclaim your strengths and values, create a vision for the future, establish an action plan and activate that plan to make things happen!
How do you handle difficult conversations or challenges with clients?
I tailor my response to each client. Some people respond to a gentle approach while others need a kick in the bottom. EVERYTHING we do in our coaching sessions is personalized to you.
How do coaching sessions typically unfold?
Each session starts with a review of your previous commitments and any challenges you faced. You’ll bring a specific coaching request, usually tied to our action plan, which will be the focus of our discussion. We conclude by pinpointing the actions you need to take before our next session.
